Refunds, Credits & Appointment Changes
We know life with horses can be unpredictable. Our policies are designed to keep things fair, safe, and running smoothly for everyone.
🕒 Changing or Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to adjust your booking, please let us know as early as possible.

Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in the appointment being forfeited.

Rebooking after a late cancellation may require a $75 rebooking fee.

Missed appointments without notice are considered forfeited.
🐴 When Only Part of a Service Can Be Completed
Your horse’s comfort and safety always come first.
If we’re unable to complete all services booked—for example, if your horse is stressed, uncomfortable, or unable to safely continue—we’ll complete what we can and:

Charge only for the portion completed

Issue a credit for the remaining balance so you can rebook when it’s right for your horse
Credits expire after 1 year and may be used toward any service.
🚫 When Clip Clop & Clean Must Decline a Service
In rare cases, we may need to refuse or stop a service due to safety concerns, bio‑security risks, or the condition of the horse or items.
If this happens:

You’ll receive either a credit memo or an e‑transfer refund, at our discretion

Refunds or credits will be less any credit card processing fees already incurred

Any travel fees already incurred are non‑refundable
🧼 Cleaning, Waterproofing & Item‑Only Services
If we’re unable to perform a cleaning, waterproofing, or repair service:

You may choose a credit memo or an e‑transfer refund

Refunds will be less any credit card, banking, or PayPal fees already incurred
