☐ Intake Limits — I understand Clip, Clop & Clean may pause intake when capacity is reached, in particular at peak season, for proper cleaning, drying, repairs, and bio‑security.

☐ Receipt Provided — I know I’ll receive a receipt with cleaning and repair details, and it will not be a novel.

☐ No Line‑Jumping— I understand that calling, emailing, or repeatedly asking “Is it ready yet? Can I come now? Is it ready yet? I haven’t gotten a note yet—is it ready yet?” will not move my items to the front of the line.

☐ Patience Acknowledged — I know Clip Clop and Clean loves my items, and you’re equally committed to sending them home promptly when it’s their turn.

☐ Pre Existing Damage — I understand Clip Clop & Clean is not responsible for pre existing damage, wear, or discoloration.

☐ Cleaning Variability — I understand cleaning and waterproofing results vary depending on age, material, and condition.

☐ Repair Materials — I understand repairs and patches are completed using materials available and/or recycled materials in excellent condition or may require items be reasonably ordered in.

☐ Payment Rules — I understand delays in payment or repair approvals pause all work on my item.

☐ Right to not provide service(s) - in the best interest of the customer, we may turn away a blanket for cleaning should we feel for whatever reason, the item will not hold up to the process or meet our service standards for cleaning. For clipping, hygiene services and detailing every effort will be made to keep the horse safe and comfortable, however there may be instances that only a partial service may be given (invoice will be adjusted) or we refuse service (e.g. horse arrives too late to appointment, horse is posing a risk, horse is too stressed by the process.
Retrieval Policy -
☐ 21‑Day Pickup Window — I understand that once I’m contacted (usually by email), I have 21 days to retrieve my items.

☐ Unclaimed Items — I understand items not retrieved within 21 days become the legal property of Clip, Clop & Clean and may be sold, donated, or otherwise rehomed.
Cancellation policy -
☐ Appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice, may be subject to forfeiting the appointment without refund or rebooking or subject to a $75 cancellation fee
